Total Garbage - Cannot even login. I login perfectly fine repeatedly from my PC on the website. So I know my ID and PW. Try it from the app, and it just fails. Tried removing and reinstalling the app, and it still fails. Called app support. They were no help and wanted to escalate me to tech support. I did not want to waste anymore time trying to resolve this, so I declined.

This has been nothing short of pointless. It took 2 days just to be able to create an account, and even when I finally did, I was instantly locked out for no reason because of "validation failure". Calling was equally useless. First time the person told me they'd been having "server issues" for over a day, and the second person had to unlock my account and then told me "We are no longer using the app" despite it being updated less than a month ago. Website works fine, app login is impossible.

Not so much a credit monitoring app as much as it's an advertising platform. Every night around the same time I get a notification regarding a credit monitoring alert. When I sign in, there is no alert. My credit score is displayed and a bunch of ads for credit cards. The reason my credit score is so high is because I only have two credit cards and I use them wisely.
