評分和評論

點餐是很方便，配合餐廳也很多，但是允許外送員同時接多單、距離太遠就隨意棄單，沒有任何處罰機制倒楣的都是消費者！最近點餐常常等到1小時以上才來，如果餐點延遲發生食安問題是店家負責？平台負責？還是外送員負責？也沒有任何補償方案，只能給1星了！

買了生鮮商品，送來的和點的不符合。非常誇張，其他的服務都沒有這種情況，導致我還要跑一趟超市，完全失去了用這個服務的意義。另外這麼大流量的服務竟然也沒有客服，讓客戶求助無門，以後不會再使用了。 叫車方面也做得很糟，無法取消需要等待十分鐘以上的車子。體驗太糟糕了。

已經仔細輸入及確定上車地點，但幾次司機也是去了其他地點，而且路線也不準確，並表明是根據apps所顯示的，以致常造成司機和乘客不便。而且試過有司機接了單已到了附近，會突然需重新配對司機，白白浪費了等待時間，也沒有渠道反映。
