System error every time I try to update my profile picture. A month ago I tried changing my profile pic and got a system error. 30 days later and I try again - same error. I've tried making sure the app is up to date, clearing the cache, checking all the app permissions, restarting the app, restarting my phone. Nothing works! Every single time I get a system error message. Resolution: I logged in on my PC and updated the profile pic there with success.

The app will not let me change my legal name. It sends me notifications to confirm a few details, says my identity has been verified, but won't change my legal name. I'm unable to get a debit card because of this. That's not a big deal since I can just transfer money to my bank. What is a big deal is the fact that their customer support directs me to call the number and the number is completed automated, anything not listed in their menu you can't get help for. It's an awful support setup

App is easy to use but I created a business account and enrolled in tap to pay so I can take payments at events and I haven't been able to get it to work once. It keeps saying "something went wrong" and that's the whole reason I got the business account and it doesn't even work. I also can't change my cover photo. Every time I go to change it, it says that I need to use certain formats, and I am but the app is failing to upload apparently. Don't trust it for your business use.
