Have not had the opportunity to use it, so the star reflects the frustration of trying to set up an account. When trying to upload the additional information it timed out 2times...the next time I got all the info uploaded and texts written, but after clicking to confirm and submit, it returned to a page indicating I still need to submit the same information...this happened twice...and no visible support mechanism or help Bot available. I surrender.

Not very good at accepting documents. Have uploaded same documents several times which are absolutely 100% legible (passport + driving license). It keeps asking for the same documents again and again. I've used the exact same picture / scan for several big companies that are household names so I didn't understand how those companies can accept the jpeg as legible but MyPOS can't. Tried contacting and they just keep asking to upload the same documents like a 🤖... Not "additional" - same checks!

As I have not had it long & have not used it a great deal, I don't have any issues so far but find it to be very easy to use & clear to understand. I have 1 major issue & that is the 4€ transfer fee, I think & feel that this is a very high rate, especially considering that we pay a fee for receiving payments. I think it should be free or at the very least, considerably less! That is my reason for 4 & not 5 stars.
