The app will automatically download games that I haven't chosen. Especially when I'm not using my phone. If there is a way to turn this feature off, it's not clear. Setting for this app are hard to find and it needs all permissions turned on or it might not work right. I have also scanned my device for viruses in malware. No problems can be found when I do the scan, so that is not the problem.

I accidentally sent a gift card to an email address that is no longer available. There is no way to get help from a person. All help is automated responses. I requested a refund. Automated response, no refunds on gift cards. The amount I spent shows the balance was put in my Google Play account I purchased the gift card from. However, I am not able to use the balance. I have tried contacting Google Play, but all attempts come back with automated responses. I know the gift card has not been used.

Same issue as everyone else. Constant error message saying my apps wont run unless this is updated. I emailed them about 2 weeks ago requesting help, and nothing. No response, no acknowledgement, nothing. I've searched online and I've tried everything from restarting phone, clearing cache, and deactivating and reactivating, and it's still giving an error message. Can someone please give some guidance? Holy hell this is frustrating and your customer service is absolutely awful!
