Ratings and reviews

The app isn't always consistent. For instance sometimes you get an option to add to your order while the shopper is shopping and sometimes you donn't. Sometimes you can't even add to the order prior to shopping because even when the option is there, the item screen won't load. The % automatically applied for tips also keeps changing. It went from 15% to 16% and is now 17%. The standard 15% isn't even shown as an option anymore. It's just a lot of little inconsistencies within the app.

I first got this app during the pandemic and it became very helpful because I had a newborn. From time to time I would use it mainly if I could save money on those ridiculous fees. They are good on credit but most of the time I don't want a credit! I want my items especially when a shopper has gotten them and "forgot" to drop them off. Now I'm without my products and I have to order with them again because of stupid credits! Crack down on this!

For the most part, the app and the service are fine. I just have some general UI issues... For one, qty/weight for options in the replacement list should be clearly marked. As it is, I need to expand each suggested item to know what I'm getting for the price. Very bad and sometimes misleading design, there. This is a huge problem with meat orders, esp burger patty packages. For another, it desperately needs a selection tool for deciding to replace or refund items. Way too tedious as it is.
