I just got a new phone from Wednesday June 17th, 2026. I decided to switch from US Cellular to T-Mobile so I can get it out of the way before Tuesday, June 30th, 2026. I would Rate this app as high as a 5-Star to tell others what you think before Installing it from Google Play Store. To avoid getting an error message that reads "Try again, and if it still doesn't work, see common ways to fix the problem" unquote. Feedback is needed to help improve on bug issues that I'm experiencing. Thank you.

I'm trying to close my account after a bunch of misleading ads and there's no clear way to close the account. luckily I have not used any of my billing or any of the credits given to me. I just want it to be closed. that's it and I can't even do that lol

Incredibly convoluted even to track the most basic metrics. Not to mention you can't setup anything in the app. It all redirects you to use your browser to set anything up the first time. Pretty useless to be honest.
