This app has been a long time friend. I've banked here for over two decades! It's super-intuitive and easy to use, and the assistant can answer any question. Today, I was waiting at the auto service dealers, stressed because only part of the payment went through even though I had enough in the account. A quick assistant search allowed me to change from the daily withdrawal limit, which I had set to $2500, to my total available funds. Easy. No need for a meltdown!

july 2026, the app is losing the ability to view your balance quickly which is something I found very convenient, and used daily. Also, there isn't the capability of adding an outside bank in the app, and transferring funds. If you have an outside bank, transfers have to be generated from them, and that isn't convenient.

Average website. There is no option to see the password you enter it. if you are using a phone, it contributes to entering wrong passwords. That is fine, but enter it wrong 3 times, and you are locked out. That and if you use any function of the website, it doesn't let you back into the Home Screen that shows the balances of your various accounts without having to log out and log back in. the information architects on the website design team could have done a much better job.
