Don’t make Saver the default. Make Taxi the default option and let customers choose Saver if they actually want it. Stop pushing Saver onto customers—give them a fair, genuine choice.

Horribly high commission charged by free now, 25%. 13-05-25 Over the last 6 weeks I have accepted several jobs advertised with a bonus from freenow. Ive not received the bonus for any of these jobs. I have logged each instance with "support". Still not fixed. 5-6-25 Update. FreeNow have still not paid me any of the Bonuses owed. Support still investigating. update 8-1-26 still not received my bonuse. still no update from freenow other than they keep closing my ticket with no answer. terrible app

EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT Freenow jumped their commission charges to 15%,as everybody is aware. They seem to have introduced a "saver" fare,which I wasn't aware of, WAIT FOR IT,they now take a massive chunk of 25% commission from these jobs,which leaves it not worth doing. They now have drivers who are depending on the app for work and this is the thanks. Thankfully I have most of my own work.
