Ratings and reviews

Doesn't sync with the info input from a computer. The app itself is often not integrated with the info on QuickBooks Online accessed from a PC, and often times, when putting in the correct info, the app won't save properly. This has negative impacted our business. Vendors don't sync, settings don't save, and the unfortunate reality is that makes the app entirely unusable, except for taking pics of receipts.

App has gone downhill fast! It isn't loading all if the customers and whatever updates were just made to the app recently doesn't have a button to show customers at all! It is extremely slow to update with estimates and invoices. Uninstalling the app does nothing. Honestly, QBO has been a disappointment in whole. Practically forcing you off the desktop platform years ago, the online version is severally lacking. The app isn't worth installing.

I have to disconnect banks because it errors a lot. Better on the web Browser Update 4/18/24. I followed your instructions and guess what. It's still not uploading correctly. 😒. It's your app, not the user. Get it together Update 8/20/2024 The app and the web site do not sync still. I have to hand input all my info. This sucks and not worth paying when other apps and excel charts are free.
