They've removed the cancellation option. My order got placed by mistake through cash on delivery. Couldn't cancel it. I tried getting in contact with customer care, but all I found was a bot with very limited options. Was forced to buy what I didn't even want. I'm greatly disappointed with this app. Also, the dishes delivered were 250 rupees cheaper in store. I didn't want gold membership but still ended up paying for it. I won't use this app ever again. Lost a lot of money today because of them

I use Zomato only for food delivery. Zomato is okay as it is expensive than Swiggy. And unlike Swiggy there aren't much promotional coupons. However, there are many good points... Like their delivery experience is faster. Their reviews are genuine. And many times dishes and restaurants Which show Closed on Swiggy will be open here. So for that and UX/UI 3 stars
