Square Point of Sale is the free point-of-sale app that gives you everything you need to run and grow your business. Send invoices free from Square Point of Sale and get paid faster. Customize your invoices, set up weekly or monthly recurring invoices from your Dashboard, and let customers pay online with a credit or Visa debit card. Invoices are free to send and cost 2.9% + 30¢ per invoice paid online.

I feel so damn defeated using this app, every update has been a downgrade, either removing featurs, adding bugs, or forcing features that are detrimental. Theres no easy was to remove stock tracking. Can no longer change the order of modifiers, and shuts down when attempting to save every few days, deleating an order and saving nothing. And despite all of that the lack of a better alternative keeps me using it. Thanks for nothing

Used to be fantastic, but lately I've been having a lot of problems getting my phone to sync up with the card reader, and have had to manually entre card numbers which takes longer, and have lost some sales. I also cannot load photos into the items categories, which makes text a bit pointless, so I have to just type everything in again manually, other than a few specially items I know well. (I've taken screen shoot to a show if tech can help).

Having used a Square device for several years, it has now stopped working on all phones. Square have told me that my device is not compatible. Hmmm. Having worked for several years if I choose to use this payment system into the future I have to upgrade all three of my phones. Outrageous!! Be very careful if you choose to purchase this device, if it is not on the compatibility list it may stop working unexpectedly if they change their software. Don't expect any support to solve the problem from Square either. Disgraceful customer service and problem solving.
