NO-CONTACT DELIVERY
Deliveries are left at your door, unless you choose "Hand it to me" when ordering. For contactless deliveries, your Dasher will leave your food in a safe place and let you know it's ready.

Real-time tracking lets you see when your order will arrive. We've factored in food prep and handling times, traffic, weather and more so you'll know exactly when to set the table.

Every single time I have ordered from door dash, the neanderthal of a driver(s) have left it directly in front of the screen door on the step, meaning I have to go through the garage to retrieve the order without pushing it off the step. First time it happened I moved on, but multiple times after that by different drivers clearly showing it to be some trend. Whether it's accidental or not is not really important: they're either A-holes or stupid, neither of which deserve any business.

Two drivers failed to deliver in one night. By that time the restaurant had closed. The first one posted a picture of a random door (we're one of two buildings on our street and it was NOT our neighbours) and the other just hit delivery completed without us ever seeing the order. This has never happened before with anyone else. I'm assuming the apps map system is malfunctioning. I will say that the refund was very quick and the help team were extremely good. Too bad I'm hungry. :/

Door dash is great if they get your order right or deliver to the right address other than that they are the best. I really do not like the fees but they got to eat too. They could use some American first language English talking customer service agents but as long as they can save money by having people from other countries do it on the cheap that will never change.
