Previously, I used this app with a good impression. But now, every time you open the app, it asks you to buy the premium version, and you have to wait until the skip button countdown ends. This is a total waste of time. There are many better alternatives.

I really needed something to help remind me to do kegels, and this did more than the trick. If you're not doing kegels, you're really missing out! My hemorrhoids went away faster than ever, and I don't think they'll return if I keep up with doing kegels. Also, less than a week of doing them consistently each day had a huge effect on pleasure in the bedroom, if you know what I mean (Doubt I'm allowed to go into more detail here). I really wish I had known about them sooner, but this app helps!

This is an amazing App, the free portion is somewhat restrictive but still very helpful for starting out. The prices are reasonable and the fact that they have an option for concessions on the price or even free in limited cases proves the devs really care about their customers. Please support them if you can.
