Samsung coupons are a giant pain. You can't log in as a student via Shop. It's hard to navigate to any accessories after adding a product to the cart. Shop is too large of an app (150MB) for its functionality and is slow and confusing. Back button is displayed even on the home/first page. Multiple logins needed. For such a huge corporation, this app is "amateur hour": a disappointing waste of space designed to harvest personal information and provide the illusion of getting a good deal.

Useless app. Once you make the mistake of adding something to cart, you cannot change it. Cannot delete it, cannot change the quantity. Tried every way, changing the numbers manually, using the -/+, even deleting the item. It is still there. Why does Samsung keep pushing out poorly designed apps?? Barely functioning website as well.

This app is a joke. Half the products are not listed at all. Many pages are just blank, including preferences and the product page (so good luck buying anything). There's no way to change language independent of region and some buttons (like account) just launch links in your browser, instead of staying in the app. All that on a Samsung phone, by the way. Did I accidentally get a pitch demo version? Because the state of the app doesn't even qualify it as "beta".
