Ratings and reviews

The most horrible customer service. The AI bot is useless, and the human responses aren't better. I got a wrong item in an order, got refunded less than 10% of the value of the original item. And when trying to contact the support constantly got told that I have already contacted them in the past, so please reply to that thread which is closed so I can't reply to it! That's a company valued at 100+ billion usd, wild, just wild.

I've had really bad experiences with customer Support. When the order comes over an hour late, they still force you to take the order and offer no compensation. When you receive the wrong items, they either compensate you too little or not at all. If you try to resolve the issue and describe it, Customer's support will just end the chat without you even being able to reply Update:they are just stealing from me, idk if my account got flagged, but I don't even get refund for missing items, AT ALL.

Very disappointing experience. My order arrived incomplete, and the app didn't provide a clear way to report missing items. The support flow kept sending me to the wrong options, and I couldn't easily reach someone who could help. I paid for a meal that didn't match what I expected to receive. Customer support needs to be accessible for simple issues like missing items. Until this improves, I won't be using Uber Eats again.
