Use TK-Safe or synchronize e-prescriptions with the e-prescription app. With TK-Ident and your TK Health ID, you can now log in to digital health applications even without your health insurance card – conveniently via smartphone, anytime, anywhere.

SECURITY

The TK-Ident app allows you to access sensitive health data, such as your electronic patient record in TK-Safe. This data requires a particularly high level of protection and therefore has high security requirements. Secure identification is required to use the app. Simply use the online ID function of your national identity card or your health insurance card with PIN. We also ask that you repeat this identification process at regular intervals.


Our security concept for TK-Ident is based on strict legal requirements. To offer you a positive and secure customer experience, we are constantly developing our concept.

it doesn't work anymore. I get only: "Sorry. An unexpected error occurred". App uninstalled, once again installed, login process performed, all looked fine and at the end after the first login - An expected error occurred. Letting your users be Beta-Testers is pretty unprofessional.

Disaster! The "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred" issue has been reported for over two years, and since August it appears even more frequently. This is a critical failure, yet still no real solution. How long do you plan to keep telling users to call support instead of actually fixing the problem? A textbook example of a failed project.

I am not using this app very often and each time I have to either update or re-idendify. It makes sense to have a high data security level for this kind of app, but maybe the developers could also look out for the robustness of ease of use.
