Once your identity has been successfully verified by Nect, you can continue your registration process in our partner company's app or on their website.

Low quality app. Unknown error on iPhone, but at least on Android I could make it work. All error messages are unclear and generic. Peek software quality... As a matter of principle I'm not going to use any service that require use of Nect wallet!

A horrible id app. it states in its documentation that EU passports are accepted. everytime i tried i got a system error. Contacted support with a detailed error report asking for a fix. 24 hours later still no response!!!! de-installed the app after wasting too kuch time trying to make it work. download the app from PostID. worked perfect no issues. 0 Stars 🤮

Probably the worst ID verification app I’ve used. I started verification through my provider’s app, which redirected me to Nect Wallet. Everything worked until the NFC scan of my ID. The phone vibrates, the scan starts, then suddenly fails every time. After reinstalling the app, I got stuck in a loop: in my provider app I start a new verification case, but when Nect Wallet opens, it again tells me to start a new case instead of continuing the verification.

What’s new

We've focused this release on making NFC identification feel more natural and reassuring, with clearer instructions and helpful tips on hand if you run into any difficulties. Alongside this, we've fine-tuned things behind the scenes and fixed a few smaller bugs.
