EVERY TIME I listen to music and I go to check any messages, emails, or any app, including amazon Prime for my deliveries, it completely stops my music. I go back to the amazon music app, and it's a black screen. I can't even press play to resume my music. I have to start all over again and skip through every song that I just listened to to get to where I left off. I absolutely HATE it! It's up to date, cache cleared, I force stop the app, I do everything troubleshooting, and it still does it!!!

I was looking for a service where I can listen HQ music. but this app is just awful! when I choose a song to cast to my Bluetooth soundbar, this song is playing but I cannot manage (play/pause) it. And the main screen displays another song I turned on previously. Absolutely terrible the first impression. likely, they offer a trial period to try this and I paid nothing. congratulations, amazon, just the first use of your app totally killed a desire to use it anymore.

I feel like this definitely shuffles my music better than Spotify would, but the reason I haven't rated this higher is because of two things: 1) There's no sorting option for your music. Since I like to shuffle my songs, that's not too bad, but it's still a bad exclusion. Sometimes I want to hear a specific song. 2) I already paid well over $100 to get Prime for a year, but now I have to pay a monthly sub on top of that to have premium song access?? That's dumb. I might switch to something else.
