If I could give 0 stars I would. It used to be an amazing app. I would rely on it all the time. But then... ADS. I get it, they need revenue to keep the app going. But hell... there are too many ads. I can't even check the route without another app being opened. It's so exhausting. I end up giving up and using another app.

it's a really good app to find quick routes. However, sometimes it gets train platforms wrong so make sure to look at other apps at least in Spain (Renfe, Metro. etc). The worst part is that ads interfere with the user experience. I really can't look at a 60sec video ad while I'm trying to find how to get to my bus on time

I keep getting the error message that planning a journey between regions is not supported. I'm selecting 2 locations in a major American city that are about a mile apart. How close to locations have to be to be supported by this app???? It's not very useful if it only supports locations less than a mile apart! (And it's not user error. I tried entering address, tried id-ing on the map, checked and rechecked the addresses.... same error message.) Useless.
