I like the variety of challenges where to pick and choose depending on the fitness journey, also the option to increase the time when needed. The downside is that the exercises seem repetitive. I had to download another app alongside this to do an extra workout. If more exercises can be included on the challenges that would be great 🙏🏽

Update this app, like you do the yoga app. It's like the developers ignore this one. The list of moves is way too short, making the workouts very repetitive. There are times when the three daily workouts differ by one exercise. The workouts are also woefully short on arm excersizes. Do everything you did to the yoga app to this one!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This app has been a game-changer for me! 🙌🏻 The guided stretches and routines have helped to relieve pain in my ribs, back, shoulders, and neck, and the instructions are easy to follow. 👏🏻 As a caregiver with limited time and health challenges, it’s exactly what I needed to stay on track, regain confidence, and build strength. Highly recommend! 💯
