Update May 2019 - downgraded to three stars because the "keep a copy offline" DOES NOT WORK. If the mobile signal is weak, or doesn't exist, then the response is always a "sorry, can't open this document". Please fix this. Wish list: would be nice to be able to edit styles and insert a table of contents directly in the app (without doing it via Web version). For updates, please say something more useful than always bug fixes and improvements. What? Be descriptive! ;-)

The app is no longer as flexible as before. Navigating through the new formatting option is a headache. I hate it. And coupled with that, it's serioulsy lagging. I'd type out a word and it would take three seconds for the word to appear on the page. It's so slow and full of bugs. Then there is a limitation in fonts. That one isn't really much of a problem but it would be nicer if there were more options for fonts. I hope the team looks into the issues because it's becoming cumbersome to use.

I want to work offline. I tested it a bit. For example I can't set an image to background when I am offline. When I have an internet connection it's possible. Why??? I can't even print a page to a pdf file. My problem is, that the functionality is very restricted when no internet is available. Please change it. Also some advanced functions of the Web version aren't aviable. Please fix it. I like the app very much because the collaboration features. Have a nice day.
