Ratings and reviews

I have found far more items than not using Google lens and it's been a really helpful tool. Unfortunately, when it looks for photos you often have to go a couple Pages deep to find the item that you actually took a picture of so there's some glitches in the identification part of the program. There aren't any good instructions for how to take a picture that might be easier for it to identify, but overall I'd say it's a much more useful tool than not

The only reason I used this app was for it's reverse image search. They used to let you search the specific image. Now the little button to the lower right of the image that would let you reverse image search is gone, rendering the app useless for me. As with so many of Google's products, this one has also become less and less useful over time. Google, in the future, maybe you should look to improve your apps and add features rather than remove them.

This app does an excellent job of identifying and giving someone at least one price valuation & valuable knowledge of just about anything you can photograph! If the object is small, set it under a white piece of paper and bright (but non-glaring) light. If the object is large, set it under anything white. When you see a small blue dot in the middle, take the picture. The app gets 5 stars for fun factor, 5 stars for ease of use, & 5 stars for identifying & giving great reference prices!
