Ratings and reviews

The application is becoming worse and worse as time goes. The audio preferences are never saved and I get audio descriptions by default. The "continue watching" section is never at the same place if it is displayed at all. when I'm starting a series, I don't want to start something else half way. Some series have random missing episodes. In term of content it's like any other platforms, there are some flag videos (ie: The Boys) but you will also find the shittiest of all.

To anyone (in PH) subscribing for NBA, it's not worth it. Only 2 NBA games a week, and they get rid of the VOD a while after the live stream. Also, the subtitle settings went missing on android-- it's now just the default one with a black background. And after all these years, they can't be bothered to improve the sorting functionality and categorizing of content. If it wasn't for the free games on Prime Gaming/Luna, I wouldn't bother subscribing to this service.

Edit: I pay for an ad-free experience and they are beginning to include ads in the ad free subscription. The App has some problems. It will at complete random decide to stop playing whatever you're watching and return you home. When it does this, or when you decide to stop watching, it will quite often decide to put you sometimes a whole season or more behind where you left off.
