Works perfectly with no lag, functions as it is supposed to, no complaints. ***edit as of the last few months it has had trouble connecting and dropping connection. Super frustrating. Used to work flawlessly but apparently nothing ever stays working with tech. ***new edit 4/21/26- has not been able to connect at all over the last few days. something seems broken, frustrating.

I just wanted to thank y'all for not having any ads. I recently stayed at an air bnb that had a Roku for the tv. the batteries were dead in the remote, so I was going to use the Roku remote app. there were so many ads it was completely unusable. like it was an unhinged amount of ads popping up constantly to use basic features on the remote. it made me so thankful that this app isn't like that. and next time I'll just bring my fire stick with me.

when you tap the directional pad even once ever so slightly it will keep scrolling very fast through the other options either horizontally or vertically. eventually stopping nowhere near where you want. it's as if you held the button down instead of tapped it guiding it in the direction you wanted. and then if you try to get back to where you were at it does the same thing. I would say 70% of the time this happens the other 30% it actually works as an intended
