I've been using this app for years, it's great apart from a couple of recent issues... 1) I haven't been able to view my previous orders since Aug 2018, I thought this may have been fixed with the latest update but it has not. 2) It is not possible to order certain drinks (usually the ones with the highest calorie or fat content) in venti size via the app. I have to queue and order these drinks at the till which defeats the point of being able to pre-order.

BRING BACK THE WIDGET! The widget was the best way to see my balance and see if I had to add funds before paying. I know you have shortcuts but what's the point of an "add money" shortcut if you don't know what your balance is without opening the app? Other than that, the app is great. Allows you to check your star balance and pay without cash. It's always worked flawlessly for me. Not tried ordering through it as nowhere outside of major cities seems to support it.

Mostly good. Biggest amnoyance is the store chooser. If its first guess for the store you want to pick up from is not correct, trying to change it is one of the most frustrating UXes I've ever seen. The map viee is designed only to give you directions to the store you've already chosen, because it always defaults to this — if I already knew where the store was when I chose it, I wouldn't need directions to it. If I don't I'll probably want to see all the options on a map before I choose one.
