Ratings and reviews

When I purchase drinks through the app my reward stars don't always go on my account. This happens for approximately a third of my purchases. Have tried logging out & back into the app & even uninstalling & reinstalling the app, but this makes no difference. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone at Starbucks to complain. Funny enough, there's never any issues with the money coming off the account! Pointless having the damn app if you are cheated out of your rewards. No customer service.

Poor after recent update. Have to log in every time and takes ages! Offers fingerprint and pin log in option when setting up app, but then this isn't offered as a log in option later. This really inconvenient when standing in the queue!! And if not logged in at checkout, no option to keep a receipt and claim points later. Costa has recently updated their app. No need to be logged into app or have an Internet signal. Just a qr code to collect on their points system.

Agree with all of the comments below. Everytime you go to use the app it never remembers either the pin or biometrics you previously set up, which means you'll have to remember your email and password to log in anyway, at which point it asks you whether you want to set up a pin and biometric even though you did it a thousand times before! Useless.
