Ratings and reviews

Worst app I've ever had to rely on, ai wish I could uninstall and never use it again. constant bugs and issues causing long load times and unresponsive when attempting to perform basic tasks. Amazon have removed the web interface which is even worse and means the app is the only way to perform certain actions. It's been like this for years across all my devices. It gives me a good reason to consider an alternative home assistant.

I don't know what has happened in the last update but I use this app almost exclusively to listen to ebooks, podcasts, music etc and the app will no longer play in the background or when the screensaver is on. It makes it totally useless and really frustrating. I have tried reinstalling several times to no avail. It's such a basic concept!

Absolute rubbish. Promising everything delivering very little I'm very disappointed.. The fact that I have to use a different account as Amazon cant sort it out is the first issue. The shopping list isn't customisable, as far as I can currently see. When using the shopping list I have to keep logging back on. Some of this might be my lack of knowledge however it is then its a lack of intuitive design. Its coming off my phone and I will find something else.
