マップも、いつも最新にしておかないと、都合が悪いそうです。(位置情報) 皆さんも仰っている通り、「掴む」の表示や、注文がスムーズにいかない、メニューが出ないなど....改善点があるようです。

システムエラーがよく起こり、公共料金の支払いができないことが度々ある。あと、grabpay walletやgrabデビットカードで決済した後に返金手続きをし終えたにもかかわらずどういうシステムになっているのかわからないが、いつまで経ってもウォレットに返金されない。これは頻繁にあります。そういった問題が起こった時に対する返信も遅すぎる。grabデビットカードが近々廃止され、フィリピン国外のデビットカードやクレジットカードも利用できなくなるので使用価値がほとんどなくなった。特に観光客など。

タイ語が話せなくても事前に行先を設定し金額が分かったので安心出来ました。 2回目に乗ったタクシーはGrabアプリ内の地図ルートから大きく外れた遠回りルートで少し焦りましたが目的地に無事に着き料金も表示された通りでした。ただ、Grabで270バーツのところを運転手さんが何故かメーターを゙回していて金額は160バーツの表示。安心料と中間マージンでだいぶ高くなるなと実感しました。 他のレビューには現地じゃないとクレジットカードの登録が出来ないとありましたが、日本国内で設定出来たうえ、現地で実際に使用出来ました。
