I got stuck at the verification process where we need to complete our training. My training has not been started yet, still it's showing as COMPLETED . There's is no any further option to move forward nor to go back. I still can't figure out what's the the problem, this app is full of glitches and bugs , don't know whether is gonna come back or not . Even there is no representative to talk with about this issue . Absolutely useless!!! .

yesterday, after delivering the food to customer my mobile got switched off due to low battery. I came back home. When charged app was showing as food was not delivered and was not allowing to close the delivery. (Asking to go back to customer location). So whoever joins, just bear in mind that you are on your own. Issue sorted. They normalized this and i have to work in that particular location even though I didn't want to.

No doubt, Zomato delivery partner app is best . But their customers care are not work properly. I constantly text them but they didn't give me the answer of any text ,for some of that reasons it was bad experience for me . I suppose that they improve their customers care executive.
