The UX is terrible for pre booking a trip, you should really fix it. The app gives you confirmation of booking, and you even receive an email with an ID of your booking and all the details to confirm that the booking was correctly processed (good). Then the booking is never showing on the app because they have canceled it without sending you a notification. Moreover I was expecting an email to inform me that the booking was canceled, given the service had sent me an email to confirm the booking.

At the end of the trip, the price was different than the one when we booked. Plus the driver asked us for extra money for the baggage. We were 6 persons and had 3 trolleys for cabin, so small ones. Would have been nice to be informed about the fees for luggages. Overall, uber is the best! Will never use this app again and I don't reccomend it! P.S: it happened in Rome, Italy, a trip of 20 min from the hotel to the airport.

Works well if you have a nice good driver. However the app has no control over your fare size and therefore the estimate is useless when the driver can put in whatever number comes to mind at the end of your trip. Better pathfinding for navigation is needed as the app always tells the driver to take the most illogical route to the point where the drivers just ignore it and find there own way to your destination ( much faster ). The app should enforce more consistent prices across similar trips!
