Ratings and reviews

App getting worse with each update. Devices don't update in-app. Syncing across multiple Alexa devices and other amazon apps (music) is amateur. The UI is difficult to navigate and not at all seamless with all amazon & Compatible products and smart home devices. Lights don't update in the app when on or off. Will start moving things over to Google if they don't get better.

it always loses my music, and I can't get it back . the worst music app ever. all my stations are gone. when I do have stations the volume on the dots don't match. it says pandora not linked but you go to settings and music it says pandora is linked. update I changed from 1 star to 4 . I setup the devices to permanent address and the problem stopped.

A Little Buggy She only gets about 80 percent of what I say. But the biggest issue is that motion routines will only turn on lights. It will not turn them off. I found this issue is more than a year old. I have tried every fix that I found online. None of them have worked. It's a real disappointment that Amazon has not fixed it yet. All of my devices updated last night... Non Motion still will not turn off the lights. I can play the routine and it works. It is affecting all brands of sensors
