Only increase the weight when a set starts to feel as though it's not challenging you anymore.

Good app and workout! I wish I could change the weight while I'm in the app but I can only change the number of reps. This is very frustrating because I have to back out of the workout, then edit amout of weight, save, then go back into the workout which begins with the first excersise, then I have to keep tapping to get to the excersise I was on. Please fix this and add a 'note' box so I can add my personal thoughts, thanks!

Up until recently, the app has been excellent. But a few days ago, apparently after an update, the app ceased synchronizing workouts with Google Fit. In fact, the checkbox controlling this option disappeared from a workout summary screen. Why?? (Reducing the rating from five stars to three.

It was fine until a recemt update where everything got screwed up. Google fit sync stopped working, unable to even check the google account linked to the app. Tried reinstalling to see if things would work but it made even worse. All saved workouts and the history is lost. Simply wasted my money buying a lifetime subscription. Expected good updates over time like addition of new exercises but unfortunately no changes were made to the app.
