Carrier Services provides services to support RCS (Rich Communication Services) messaging in Google’s Messages app. It collects diagnostic and crash data to ensure these services operate smoothly.

This app was accidentally forced stopped and all fixes won't get it unstuck out of force stopped state. I won't factory reset my phone just for this app. Please issue an update that fixes this. (When uninstalling and reinstalling updates Google play store also disables this app too. I have cleared out messenger and the play store as well as this apps data, done airplane mode reset next work and my phone, everything possible still stuck on force stop.)

My carrier was in bad shape, ngl. The flight deck was full of potholes, the catapult was so weak all my aircraft were just plopping into the sea, and the hull was covered in barnacles. With carrier services in action my flattop is now in tip top shape - ready to project strategic power around the globe. Thanks Google!

Look at it's permissions, very intrusive spyware. You have no control over this. You cannot disable it. For me, it constantly tries to connect to a carrier different from the one I have, takes over the phone and freezes it for 6 minutes, during this I can't even use my phone! I'm on day 2 now of it freezing my phone like this every few hours, for 6 minutes, all because I did a reboot. I go through this each time I do a reboot. Google needs to get it's act together.
