Classroom makes it easy for learners and instructors to connect—inside and outside of schools. Classroom saves time and paper, and makes it easy to create classes, distribute assignments, communicate, and stay organized.

There are many benefits to using Classroom:
• Easy to set up – Teachers can add students directly or share a code with their class to join. It takes just minutes to set up.
• Saves time – The simple, paperless assignment workflow allows teachers to create, review and mark assignments quickly, all in one place.
• Improves organization – Students can see all of their assignments on an assignments page, and all class materials (e.g., documents, photos, and videos) are automatically filed into folders in Google Drive.
• Enhances communication – Classroom allows teachers to send announcements and start class discussions instantly. Students can share resources with each other or provide answers to questions on the stream.
• Secure – Like the rest of Google Workspace for Education services, Classroom contains no ads, never uses your content or student data for advertising purposes.


Permissions Notice:
Camera: Needed to allow the user to take photos or videos and post them to Classroom.
Storage: Needed to allow the user to attach photos, videos, and local files to Classroom. It's also needed to enable offline support.
Accounts: Needed to allow the user to choose which account to use in Classroom.

Ratings and reviews

I used this and I remember having a very difficult time with it. Despite seeming intuitive in many respects, it falls short of having any organization based on time. Works that are too old and overdue and are never getting done should be able to be removed from the big work dogpile, it's stress inducing and with the way online classes work there won't be time to finish some works. Unfortunately, instead of the program allowing you to let it slip through the cracks, it stays there and HAUNTS you. It's things like those that can just completely ruin the environment and space this app works with, it's very finite, and I often hear of bugs. It doesn't seem like the management or teaching side of things bodes very well either.

working.I tried several times to refresh to get my daughters assigments and it kept saying something This app was working just fine and I found it very easy to use and navigate through. But it stopped went wrong. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and now domain. I own the chromebook so I have no idea how to fix this since I can't contact anyone for tech support. It gives no explantion as to why i have no it says she doesn't have access and to contact my access.

Since last update, I can't edit/correct some of my students assignments. It doesn't matter the format. When I click on save, it says "something went wrong. Please try again later". And I've been trying for weeks now. I even tried the beta, but nothing has worked. I also tried restarting the device, uninstalling the app, clearing cache, etc. It just won't let me. I even sent lots of feedbacks with screenshots, but it's a waste of time.
