Worst music app ever don't subscribe or buy songs from them. Worst mistake I ever made. Now there's ads on playlists I made with songs I own. Then their AI, that you can't shut off, takes existing playlists and shuffles songs in I didn't buy so that I can't skip or relisten to songs in my playlist, and also so they can add ads and make you buy unlimited music. Despicable.

The app itself is quite good; the audio quality is superior to Apple Music and YouTube Music. The downside is that its catalog is still incomplete, especially regarding Japanese music (primarily from 2010 and earlier). The recommendations are quite good, but they're mixed with songs that, while similar to the music I listen to, I'd never dare give a chance (it needs a "not interested" option when you long-press the title). It's somewhat demanding on your internet connection, but that has improve

My biggest gripe with this app is that they allow you to create sub profiles for family members but then you can't use those profiles for Amazon Music on devices like Roku or Apple TV. It makes having a family plan pretty worthless if you have kids and they want to use their TVs to listen to their own music/playlists.
