Quite a few years ago, i enjoyed using this app 100% of the time. Now, there are so many bugs. I can't listen to downloaded artists as a category any more. The liking/loving and disliking doesn't work anymore. I can't access a few songs (I can listen to them if I choose the album, but I can't interact with any of the songs within the album.) I've been an unlimited member for years.

Does not work. I'm paying for this service for years and can't access it. There is a playback error message that pops up everytime you want to listen to a song. I've tried uninstalling it. Reinstalling, Forcing stop, clearing cache/data etc. I've tried both the app and several browsers. Funnily Amazon are aware of the issue and have yet to resolve it. Yet they have no problem taking the subscription from my account without fail.

Volume is extremely low when casting to other devices. Other than that, it seems ok. Watch out for the sneaky, "upgrade" button that pops up. Automatically charges you, no verification that you want to actually want to spend 9.99 a month. And the way it pops up is so sketchy also. It's delayed, so when you try to press what you want to play, it's scary charging you
