Ratings and reviews

There was an update to the app 6 months or so ago and this new version is essentially worse in every way. I'm consistently logged out, it forgets my settings, it has difficulty with me setting a pickup location that isn't my current spot, getting help support is 5 times more difficult/ the options aren't useful, and the list goes on. I really wish they would just revert to the prior version of Uber which was more intuitive, didn't feel clunky, displayed information in a meaningful manner, etc.

Ads on delivery tracker screen, at least before your food is ready for pickup. Even with "free delivery" you end up paying 2+ dollars above the cost of your order (which i assume has inflated prices but idk). Even if delivery isn't free you still add the $2+. What used to be standard for delivery before Uber/Skip (driver was only dealing with 1 order at a time) is considered "premium" and costs extra. And it defaults to tipping before you can even finish your order or see who your driver is.

It isn't safe , many accident happened recently without seeing effective steps from uber to prevent it in the future . In addition, no direct call available on the application which is a big problem in the critical situations that require quick support. Some times the car isn't the same quality of the category I choose. Some times drivers came with a different cars other than the one mentioned in the app. It's not safe at all
