Ratings and reviews

I've been using the Easypaisa app for quite some time, and it has met my needs and expectations. However, due to some reasons, I encountered an issue with the application. I uninstalled and tried to log in again, but although I receive OTP SMS, the application fails to fetch them. I reported this issue to the helpline with complaint #8740343 and received an SMS stating the issue was resolved, but the problem still persists. Very disappointing customer services.

it's good for sending and receiving money but one big drawback about this app is when you try to reregister your account or login in a different phone or in case it was deleted. you will likely to do so much struggle to login again. their otp system is gross! they sendd you otp after the time is out and it happens multiple times until your account gets unverified and you have to go to the frenchise pay enough money to solve the problem. Just never try to shift or log out it will be a mess.

Customer Care Service is very bad. I installed it and created a new account, I don't know why but my account hasn't verified by-default. They even gave me 50 ruppees instead of 100. As my account level was 0, so I tried to upgrade to level 1, they show error e....154 (something like this). Then I tapped on help button. Then on WhatsApp. Now the real problem begins. I messaged them so many time to get resolve my account issue but they didn't give a single reply as double tick were shown(not blue)
