I have a wifi air conditioner, I pair it with the app. I turn the router off for the night, i turn it on in the morning, i set the air conditioner to wifi mode and I have to add it all over again, since it merely says "offline" and re-rechecking the network in the settings, doesn't work. Ironically if I unplug the router and plug it again, the connection remains, after adding it again. So it's the app. Very badly made app, I don't know who beta tested this but they should be fired. Eot.

Whenever the app is updated I can't connect to the (one) device I'm using it for after, the page for it will be blank. I solved it once somehow by clearing cache, logging out, back in, deleting app, reinstalling, and then somehow it cleared up. But now I can't fix it again, so am not able to remotely turn on my aircon. This is with Galaxy S10.

Was for free, now I have to pay almost 25 euro per year just to be able to see monthly usage. I don't need any smart plans, scheduling, scenes etc. but would have to pay for that just to be able to see monthly usage. Seriously? /edit: Now it's even better - cannot see daily and weekly total power consumption without buying a premium plan. What will you disable next?
