I used the app for the first time when I arrived at Lisbon airport. There were plenty of ads at the airport promising a 70% discount. So I decided to try. I added a promo code and applied it. Instead of the original price of around 13 EUR it showed me a reduced price of something between 3 and 4 EUR. Also all the way it showed me on the screen that the 70% discount was applied. But it charged me the full price anyway. Support says the promo was not applied... although I sent them a screenshot!

Drivers have the right to decline rides so its really weird that they accept and try to complete without you making you wait in the cold, not answering your texts and obviously waiting for you to cancel. Clearly some trickery is going on but all this does is waste the time of the user. Support just waves you away cause in the end you didnt get charged. I really wish i had, i would chargeback for every single one.

horrible app, avoid if u can. always cancelling the rides mid way. had to go the the station for an important visit, booked the cab coming in 4 min. CANCELLED. Everytime. customer service charged me £10 for another similar incident. Accepted that I should be getting a refund, haven't gotten a refund. Almost a month now. now they might write a generic response to contact them via customer support but it won't be fruitful.
