I had a negative experience with the Hopp service, citing discrepancies between the initially displayed earnings and the final payout. Customer support not resolving these issue. They have lot of excuses. like you didn't follow the route or toll was also included etc etc. It is a big scam with drivers. I expresses dissatisfaction and suggests that the platform should provide complete transparency regarding earnings prior to ride acceptance.

hopp is a scam. it started with low service fees and ended worst than. uber and lyft. they take 25% commission + there service fees is like 20% that's 45% total from driver earning. we're left with so low payment. worst app to work. even uber is not good its still better than hopp. in addition they will pay less than upfront fare of the ride. and their agent and stupid as their app

Support says it’s due to commission—but I’m here to drive, not do calculations. We need to know our exact minimum payout before accepting a ride. Also, we should be able to see per-ride earnings, not just the total. I want to know how much is going to my pocket for each ride.
