Not give you the exact amount and the mileage. it shows, for example $15 but when you finished, it might be $6. when you contact them, they'll say that it will review for 48 hours, but in the end, you have nothing. So many customers complained about the map. The map is the biggest issue. you'll call the customer, or they'll call you to come to their address because HOPP doesn't bring you to their exact location. They need to improve the app.

the upfront fare is false. Always reduced after trips, and they blame it on not following the stipulated route regardless of if riders insists. Navigation sucks. You don't see you pay after a ride until after several hours. Its a total rip-off. Customer serice is worse. They have 0 clues on solving you lr issues.

The app glitches, also pop ups make you accidentally accept the rides. And since most are not desired (4$ for 20km), we have to cancel them. Also needs to be worked on map and adresses. 1 Star until it gets fixed.
