I had a very bad experience with the Hopp Driver app. I completed a trip that included a toll route, but after the trip ended, I was not paid the full amount. The entire toll charge was not reimbursed, which caused me a direct financial loss. Drivers pay tolls from their own pocket during trips, and not getting the full toll amount back is completely unfair and unacceptable. Not give you the exact amount and the mileage. it shows, for example $15 but when you finished, it might be $6. when you contact them, they'll say that it will review for 48 hours, but in the end, you have nothing. So many customers complained about the map. The map is the biggest issue. you'll call the customer, or they'll call you to come to their address because HOPP doesn't bring you to their exact location. They need to improve the app.

I have couple of issues with the Hopp application The hopp navigation doesn't show exact location of pickup usually the house numbers are totally different with the pickup location of riders. It is very embarrassing for the Hopp drivers some times. Similarly the drop off location are some times very confusing. 2.The payment to drivers is very low when he has to travel 8 to 10 KM to pickup. the pickup distance should also be considered while charging rider and making payment to Hopp drivers
