I've had this about a year. The description reads: "Automatically back up the important things on your phone, like photos, contacts and messages... notice it says "like." Now I personally regard my calendar as an important thing. I accidentally deleted my calendar on another device. had a rude awakening that the backup DID NOT include calendar nor does it have the capacity to include the calendar. in fact you need a non Google app in order to be able to import and export a calendar back up.

The non sense of this app is remarkable. I'm trying to back up my device and this only calls the backup application from settings. Why do I need to install this? Just to pay for membership. Apart from that it doesn't do anything! I get more space but it's useless because the backup doesn't work. There are no controls, it says back up complete, but apart from photos everything shows "no data backed up".

It's a disappointing experience and I'm not sure what I'm really getting for the additional money. I was on a £4 plan, now up to £18.99. Yes, I get more storage space and supposedly more and capable Gemini, but I believed that I was going to get a free trial before committing, however I was charged straight away, and there doesn't seem to be any way of clarifying this point.
