Terrible application. The previous one was faster, in performance and UX, and less convoluted. Clearly the designers here focused on a fancy looking UI, which hid a lot of the previous main screen functionalities behind a few extra steps. Show/hide account balance takes a few seconds to process, it used to be instant. Don't fix something that was not broken.

After the new update, this software is not working well. There are lot of buggs there. Mainly, When I try to transfer money to the mobily, stc or any kind of money transfering app i have to log in to the alinma app and need to confirm the transaction through the alinma app. But there is no confirm button to confirm the transactions. Its a really bad experience. Previous method was very user friendly. Please solve it.

New version doesn't work and has many frequent bugs and errors. It keeps saying "please update the app" and it is already updated to the latest version. Other issues include not updating ID automatically (you have to physically go to the bank), bad OTP experience, issues when adding new beneficiary (it just says "error"), and slow experience compared to previous version
