the app is ALWAYS crashing when navigating. sometimes after few minutes, other times after an hour and is not saving the track. I am really thinking to cancel my subscription as I cannot use it since October. On my last ticket I received no feedback. Now the tickets give me an error and I cannot submit it.

Used this previously on s24 ultra- great experience. This year on s24 ultra, it crashes every time I used it to navigate. Even the problem submission page crashes. update: on s26 ultra location of vessel icon and cog/heading line disappear randomly during navigation - NOT safe.

Not user friendly at all especially when out on the water, just feels horrible when using it doesnt hold the zoom or location, the creating a track function barely works, can just click on a spot a create a track, you have to say where you are and where you want to go, then even when doing that 9 times out of ten doesn't work. Doesn't keep up with boat location either. Wish I hadn't purchased it now needs a lot of fixing. Only purchased due to having simrad
