Edited to add: Customer service is still poor. I've emailed twice with the evidence and also phoned twice. The GPS isn't working. The drivers report no show despite being in the right spot. I was assured over 10 dys ago that they are looking into it. To date: despite another phone call and email, there has been no communication. Poor service is putting it kindly.

After recent updates, I can no longer make advance bookings. The calendar icon stays greyed out no matter what. First time, I thought maybe the calendar would be enabled after I press 'make booking now'. Nope. Pressing it started the booking process immediately, and I had to cancel the booking that was accepted, thus wasting one free cancellation for this month. Sort out your app, Delgro!

Comfort has a really terrible payment system in place. Booked a taxi and $25 was placed on hold. During the same ride, another $34 was put on hold. When the ride ended, the total was $37 and it was deducted separately. Days later the money on hold is not released. No response after messaging them thrice. Seriously the worse if paying with card inapp. Should just pay onboard. they always say bank will release after holding period but why can't they release it immediately like grab or gojek??
