Awful. Had Vodafone broadband for the last 7 months and have had problem after problem with the wi-fi. Despite having 3 boosters round the house, the signal still constantly dips in and out. Some issue happened during the other night and we lost it completely. Customer service have tried to get us reconnected and appeared to have done so yesterday ( they told us it was an update that had got stuck in the router) but today it's gone again. Trying to reconnect our devices is a nightmare!

Honestly this app is working smoothly to some extent. There is Main/ Guest WiFi which was brilliant. I connected my children's devices on the Guest WiFi which I turned off and it won't affect other devices on the Main WiFi. it could have been perfect if you can turn off a particular device on it rather than turn off the whole select WiFi. I recommend it to users.

Utterly useless. Router forces you to use this to control several features - which it knows about in the web UI as it tells you they're active and to use this app to configure them - but despite trying on more devices than I can count haven't ever been able to get the blasted thing to even acknowledge that my router exists. Don't even bother trying to use the customer service either, you'll just spend hours going round in circles.
