For 1 of the biggest communication companies, in the world, Vodafone's broadband app is too slow, really clunky & has very little functionality. There's no way of accessing your router from a different location, other than when connected to the network it's on, unlike many of their competitors apps can. I would give it minus 1 star if I could.

Utterly useless. Router forces you to use this to control several features - which it knows about in the web UI as it tells you they're active and to use this app to configure them - but despite trying on more devices than I can count haven't ever been able to get the blasted thing to even acknowledge that my router exists. Don't even bother trying to use the customer service either, you'll just spend hours going round in circles.

It used to be a good app, but the best features have all been removed. You can no longer switch off guest wifi, set time limits, or boost devices, 3 things that I used to do regularly. The guest WiFi was used just for the kids, and it was brilliant being able to switch off the connection to their devices without affecting the main wifi.
