I got this app immediately after I opened my account around August 2024. It's quite fast in response and does not buffer and easy to use. I, however, would like the ability to change my login username. Also, if I can get rid of the pop-up notification about logging in with my bio data(fingerprint), it would be 100% efficient for me.

This app is quite frustrating to use . 1. You have to login twice 2. It forgets you have an account with the Bank . 3. it's so SLOW!!! . Average login time is about 3 minutes . why?

My OTPs keep taking time,also I'm trying to register for Absa pay but keeps crashing 😫,can't pay to tills and (paybills) directly from the app... I honestly donno why...but everything else seems fine. please check on this.
