The My Spectrum App is great for seeing and upgrading what services you have and need. my favorite option is the the ability to see all the wifi connections and to be able to pause witch ever devices I wish so it great for regulating internet time for children to make sure they get their homework done before any game movies or social media. also it makes paying your bill so easy and quick or you can set up or turn off auto pay, you can even make partial payments in this app

Works but if you use a non spectrum phone, it doesn't work that well. I had an apple through spectrum mobile, it needs repair. I'm using a different provider as a backup up phone. It's a Droid. App still thinks I'm using apple or it was set up for an apple, so it has some interface issues. Other than that it's a excellent application with great tech, customer service support. Has excellent resources to utilize.

Awful. Let me use my local ip for modem/router settings again. This app is unresponsive, I wait about a minute every time I attempt switch menus if it loads at all, which requires a restart. Speaking of which, what makes it worse is I had to restart the app and sign in four times just to get past the login screen. It does not save device when the box is checked. Even getting to this review page was a nightmare.
