Ratings and reviews

Unable to close account because the app shows a blank screen at the "Tell us why" page. Cleared data and cache, reinstalled app, and tried on different phone and app is still stuck at the same page. DBS does not allow people to close account at your own will via the app. This is so misleading!! Tried again on 08Oct2024. Can't close account via app.

Changed new phone, tried to set up this app on it but unable to as didn't receive the 6 digit OTP in my email (step 4). Have tried several times , checked my mail inbox, junk folder but didnt see any email with the OTP..please assist. 24 Sep DBS has followed up promptly with email and phone call that eventually resolve the problem of non receipt of email OTP. Thank you 😊

Version 6.1.0 is working fine on my phone but after updated to 6.2.0, I am now unable to launch the app and it always indicate timeout during login. Going back to 6.1.0 works fine. The recent version 6.2.1 upgrade is also working good for my phone.
